With two years of expertise, Matthew excels in outbound business development, collaborating with multiple insurers to meet clients’ needs effectively. Outside the office, Matthew enjoys supporting Chelsea and swimming for fun. However, theiFlora is a medical regulatory and clinical negligence defence lawyer, helping to manage claims and complaints and manage risk and protect patient safety across a wide range of specialisms including GPs, out of hours and 111 providers, Consultants, Dentists, Private Hospitals, and Telehealth. She is a member of theHealthcare Team working on all aspects of growth and management.

Outside of work, Flora is passionate about the Arts, and loves to attend live performances and visit galleries and museums. Otherwise she can be found in her native Norfolk, taking long walks under the big skies with her energetic and rather disobedient cockapoo. Her greatest joy lies in spending quality time with family and friends.

Lucy studied Law then spent 15 years working for the largest independent provider of NHS services dealing with all claims and insurance matters for their healthcare business. Lucy has worked at Lockton in the Healthcare Team for over many years and has the benefit of bringing the knowledge gained through working internally for a healthcare provider to really support the needs of our clients.

Jacob is a dual qualified lawyer and an LL.M graduate. In the UK insurance market, he has proven track record of successfully managing complex claims, negotiating settlements, and carrying out extensive legal risk assessments for clients. He previously assisted the Commercial Bench of Higher Judiciary in India as a Law Researcher. He now acts as a Client Advocate with Lockton, reviewing and advising on incoming claims notifications, drafting detailed practical advice documents for clients etc.
