Charlotte is an Account/Development Manager specialising in private Consultants and UK clinics. Starting out as an Underwriter specialising in medical malpractice she transferred her expertise to broking when she joined Lockton in 2014. In addition to her great client work she manages the Healthcare team’s budgeting and compliance. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys horse riding and socialising with her friends.

James has been an integral member of the Healthcare team since 2018 as an Account Administrator. He provides support to the team with ensuring deadlines and SLA’s are met to a high standard. Alongside this he account manages our book of Psychiatrists.

Outside of work he enjoys going to the gym, seeing his family and friends and is looking to take tennis back up as a hobby.
